Old Manila Photo Walk

Wednesday, March 29, 2017

When you have been to many cities, most people often ask what your favorite city is. My answer is always the same, Manila. Some will then nod in acknowledgment while others look disappointed/surprised. For most people, Manila is dirty, ugly, gritty, stinky and crowded. But no place in the world is perfect and despite everything (all good and bad), I love Manila. Here are some of the photos I took in Manila, specifically Intramuros, Quiapo and Far Eastern University, two weeks ago. I decided to try street photography for the first time and loved it! In the next few weeks, I will try to come back to Manila and photograph some more places like Binondo, Escolta, Manila Bay and Paco Park.
